Arthritis can happen to dogs of any breed. Some breeds are prone to hip problems that can lead to arthritis at an early age. PEMF is beneficial for dogs that suffer with arthritis because it works as a natural analgesic (pain reliever), without the side effects. You can use the paddle applicator or the PEMF chair for smaller breeds.
If you have ever experienced a time when your dog tumbled when running or was playing in the house and ran into something or some other type of mild injury, it can be frustrating to know your dog is hurt but you are not sure how to help them. If you have checked with your veterinarian and your dog is just sore, a few sessions of PEMF can be a great way to alleviate pain and help the body accelerate the natural healing process.
Cancer in dogs has been on the rise the last 15 years. If you have ever had a dog diagnosed with some form of cancer you know how sad it can be. While most veterinarians will say chemo or radiation are options, the cost and the side effects to dogs often times makes it less then ideal as a treatment for them.
Luckily there are some other forms of treatment available and one of those is PEMF. There have been several studies done where PEMF is used on animals that have cancer, along with studies done using mice to test the efficacy of PEMF on a variety of cancer types. These studies show very promising results of remission and shrinking of cancerous cells and even tumors. We've included some screen shots from one study below. You can read the full study HERE.

A dog’s ACL can rupture for several reasons, but the injury mostly stems from the result of a twisting motion. For example, a younger dog may tear its ACL if it jumps off of a high surface or runs across an uneven surface. An older dog may tear its ACL from years of running, twisting, and jumping — a minor injury can be what sets it off. Obese dogs or those not properly exercised will be more prone to ACL tears in their lifetimes. Once a dog has had the surgery the recovery can be stressful because they are not allowed to move around much and will need to be contained for several weeks. Any type of injury or recovery benefits from increased blood flow to the affected area. Yet limited movement does just the opposite. This is where PEMF can be a big help. The PEMF sessions help bring red blood cells to the affected areas because the super powerful magnets attract iron which is in the RBC. PEMF also increases the oxygen at the cellular level, which in turns aids the body in pain relief and healing time.
There can be numerous reasons a dog becomes body sore. Sometimes it can be from roughhousing and running into something, or a dog can be hit by a car and not be seriously injured but just body sore. The dog pictured had an encounter with a group of wild hogs and thankfully he wasn't seriously injured but in his attempts to chase off the hogs he was attacked and then he was very body sore! His owner borrowed our EquiSculpt machine and did two sessions of PEMF on him, two days in a row and he recovered back to normal a lot quicker because of the PEMF helping heal his sore areas.
